DeVon's from Rochester, NY. He's an up and coming music producer. I'm from Memphis, TN. I'm an up and coming singer and writer. How We Met: We met in 1999 at Tennessee State University. We dated for a while and then the semester ended and I moved back to Memphis. We lost touch and I always thought about him and what we could've been. In 2002, I went to my family reunion and one of my cousins was there with his new girlfriend. His sister told me the new girlfriend was Devonte's sister. Well long story short, DeVon and my cousin were best friends. I visited Nashville for the TSU homecoming game and met back up with DeVon. That same day, October 26, 2002, he asked me to be his girlfriend. Of course, I said yes! Eventually, I moved to Nashville. We've experienced ups and downs in our relationship but they made us realize that we were meant to be together. He asked me to be his wife and now we're planning our wedding!
